• Provide Dealer and Internal Change Management support and guidance to ensure effective adoption of Cat ERP solution leveraging Microsoft D365.
• Oversee dealer training strategy to accelerate business transformation.
• Manage day-to-day change management project activities and schedules.
• Develop contingency plans for risks and manage dependencies across workstreams.
• Educate end-users and champions on CM processes, methods and systems.
• Monitor and report on key change management metrics to ensure adoption.
• Create knowledge via blogs, workshops, and training sessions.
