Caterpillar is seeking a senior deployment lead for Cat Converge across dealer networks. You will govern SI delivery, guide end-to-end deployments, and ensure data migration, risk management, and solution alignment with Caterpillar standards.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and deployment teams to resolve issues and improve deployment methodologies while mentoring other specialists.

Qualifications

• Lead deployment governance for Cat Converge across dealers and SIs.
• Provide technical and functional oversight of D365 F&O/CE deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and oversight of SI execution to ensure alignment with deployment methodology.
• Act as the primary Caterpillar deployment lead for assigned dealers throughout end-to-end deployment life cycle.
• Identify risks early with dealers and SIs and drive resolution with product, engineering, and deployment teams.
• Provide deep technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/CE to support solution alignment and issue resolution.
• Oversee data migration strategy, execution, and validation for go-live readiness.
• Conduct risk assessments and root cause analysis across deployment activities.
• Review SI deliverables to ensure alignment with Caterpillar standards.
• Drive accountability with SIs for timely delivery and quality.
• Communicate deployment status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders.
