Caterpillar is seeking a Deployment Lead for Cat Converge in Chicago to oversee end-to-end D365 deployments with system integrators. You will ensure alignment with Caterpillar standards, manage data migration, and guide solution decisions across multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading deployments of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong governance of System Integrators in large ERP deployments.
• Hands-on data migration strategy, tooling, and cutover activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and oversight of SI execution to Caterpillar standards.
• Act as primary deployment lead for assigned dealers throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify risks and drive resolution with product, engineering and deployment teams.
• Provide deep technical and functional D365 F&O/CE guidance and troubleshooting.
• Oversee data migration readiness and validation for go-live.
• Conduct risk assessments and corrective action planning across deployments.
• Review SI designs, configurations, and integrations for alignment.
• Drive on-time delivery with SI commitments and quality metrics.
• Communicate status and escalations to dealers and Caterpillar leaders.
• Capture field feedback to improve Cat Converge solutions and processes.
• Mentor deployment specialists and share best practices.
