Caterpillar is embarking on a bold ERP transformation to modernize dealer systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure integration services. The program aims to streamline operations, enable AI-powered automation, and elevate customer experience across our global dealer network.

We are seeking an ERP transformation Change Management Lead to drive adoption, align cross-functional teams, manage risks, and train dealers and internal users for a successful transformation.

Formación

• Experience leading ERP transformation projects (Dynamics 365 focus).
• Strong change management capability with stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, BI dashboards and ERP training strategies.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead dealer and internal change management for Cat ERP on D365.
• Develop and execute dealer training strategy for business transformation.
• Manage project plans, risks and dependencies; ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate across product teams to intake features for GTM execution.
• Develop and deploy a change management framework and guidance.
