Job summary

Sikich seeks a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to grow our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central practice. You will demonstrate capabilities, translate client needs into architecture, and drive AI-enabled solutions in a sales cycle.

You bring 5+ years of ERP and D365 experience, strong presentation skills, and a proven track record with multi-million contracts. This is a client-facing, impact-oriented role offering diverse benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Sales, MIS, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of solution-based selling in a B2B environment.
• 5+ years of ERP sales with working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Experience with AI tools for internal/client use.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Proven track record selling million-plus dollar contracts.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospect accounts with the Sales team.
• Gather and map client business requirements to Dynamics 365 BC and related platforms.
• Architect and demonstrate Dynamics 365 capabilities during evaluations.
• Coordinate product demonstrations with cross-functional teams.
• Meet agreed sales targets and manage complex demonstrations.
