Job summary

Softcat plc is seeking a D365 Adoption Learning & Development Consultant to lead the learning and adoption strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the Sales organisation, ensuring colleagues have the skills and confidence to embed new ways of working.

You will partner with Learning & Development, IT, Sales Enablement and business stakeholders to create blended learning programmes, adoption campaigns and performance support resources, measuring impact to drive capability and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions that support large-scale change and enterprise system adoption.
• Strong expertise in learning design, content creation and facilitation.
• Ability to engage Sales and Sales Support teams and translate complex processes into practical learning experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple teams and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the D365 learning and adoption strategy aligned to Sales objectives and business transformation.
• Lead D365 capability and adoption as the L&D SME, developing learning solutions that drive system usage and behavior change.
• Partner with Sales, IT, Sales Enablement and stakeholders to embed D365 learning across onboarding, academies and leadership development.
• Create and evolve blended learning programmes, adoption campaigns and performance support resources.
• Measure adoption impact and provide recommendations to improve capability, productivity and business outcomes.
