Job summary

SS Career page seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. This senior role is client-facing, bridging technology, consulting, delivery, and sales, translating business needs into practical architectures and implementation plans.

You will engage in pre-sales, develop proposals, and guide executives, while coaching consultants and developers to strengthen Dynamics capabilities across engagements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, Dataverse, security, integrations and data migration.
• Strong Power Platform experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Ability to integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Solid Azure and cloud-based architecture knowledge.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs and SQL, plus Azure services.
• Experience with pre-sales activities, solutioning, proposals and SOWs.
• Strong client-facing communication and the ability to guide executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure solutions.
• Assess client needs and translate into scalable, maintainable architectures.
• Provide technical direction across discovery, architecture, implementation, and optimization.
• Advise on configuration vs customization, integrations, and data architecture.
• Coach Dynamics developers and consultants; promote best practices.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, discovery, proposals, and SOW development.
• Participate in sales calls as Dynamics/Microsoft technical SME.
