FTS Inc. is seeking a D365 Learning & Development Specialist to guide learning strategy across a large, evolving workforce during a major digital transformation.

You will design, develop, and deliver engaging training for Microsoft Dynamics 365, partnering with business leaders to ensure adoption, measure impact, and scale programs across functions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, education, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in Learning & Development or related function.
• Hands-on experience developing and delivering D365 training.
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations and digital transformation.
• Strong instructional design and tailoring learning for diverse audiences.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience creating eLearning content and training documentation.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning programs aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-user training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and solutions.
• Create instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, job aids, and video content.
• Facilitate training sessions across multiple levels and functions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and adoption metrics.
• Support change management during system implementations and transformations.
• Maintain current learning content as processes evolve.
• Manage learning projects from concept to implementation with deadlines.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development.
