Samsung Electronics America, headquartered in Plano, TX, seeks an SCM Strategy & Operations Manager for its D2C MX channel. You will lead back‑office and data management, oversee weekly supply planning, and partner with central teams to secure and optimize inventory across Esstore and omni-channels.

You will drive AI adoption, automate processes, and deliver analytics to improve forecasting and customer experience. This full-time role requires 8–10 years in SCM and strong collaboration skills.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or analytics field is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in supply chain management and forecasting.
• Experience leading cross-functional resources in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Tableau and Excel.
• Experience with inventory management and ERP systems; AI-enabled processes a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SCM systems and back-office for D2C MX operations and master data management.
• Coordinate weekly supply planning and ensure timely allocation to Ecommerce warehouses.
• Collaborate with Central SCM and AP2 teams for supply allocation and SOPs.
• Integrate AI technologies into SCM processes and drive automation initiatives.
• Provide demand planning insights and inventory analytics across multi-channel sub‑channels.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements across the supply chain.
