Qualifications
- 8-10 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Forecasting, Innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or analytical field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional resources in a matrix organization.
- Proven experience in inventory management, esp. eCommerce/retail.
- Strong data interpretation with Excel and Tableau proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead SCM Systems and back office for D2C MX business.
- Manage D2C Master Data Management and its impact on planning.
- Lead enhancements to Next SCM for D2C operations.
- Collaborate with central teams to secure weekly supply for sales.
- Drive AI and automation to improve SCM efficiency.
