Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in professional supply chain roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Tableau.
• SAP experience with inventory planning up to 30 weeks out.
• Experience with LLM tools to automate workflows is a plus.
• Experience in data analysis or process automation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• CPFR & Demand Planning: lead CPFR strategies to optimize demand forecasting accuracy, channel replenishment, and inventory turns.
• PSI Cadence & Sales Visibility: prepare and facilitate regular PSI and business update sessions to address supply-demand imbalances.
• Supply Chain & Inventory Optimization: mitigate constraints by aligning mid-to-long-term forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership: partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and HQ to achieve objectives; track CPFR metrics and mentor staff.
