Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in business operations, sales operations, inventory planning, category management, retail operations, ecommerce operations, supply chain planning or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, inventory, and assortment performance to identify opportunities and risks
• Develop forecasts and business recommendations to support revenue and inventory objectives
• Monitor key performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and product availability across direct-to-consumer channels
• Support launches and expansion efforts through operational planning and execution
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, marketing, technology, and operations to execute priorities
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and overall efficiency
• Maintain and validate product, inventory, and sales data in business systems
