You will build the D2C roadmap, translate strategy into scalable capabilities, and partner with Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Planning, and Finance to improve service levels, efficiency, and growth in new markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Operations, Transformation, D2C, eCommerce or related field.
• Experience in a global matrix organization with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of D2C/eCommerce models and operations.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global D2C Operations transformation roadmap and priorities.
• Partner with Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Planning, and Finance.
• Translate commercial requirements into scalable operational capabilities and roadmaps.
• Drive governance, reporting, and performance metrics for growth initiatives.
