Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Head of Global D2C Transformation to lead the D2C Operations transformation agenda from San Mateo, CA. You will partner with commercial, operations, and logistics teams worldwide to scale PlayStation Direct, drive geo-expansion, and optimize end-to-end performance.

The role requires strong program leadership, global collaboration, and deep experience in D2C/eCommerce. This hybrid position includes a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Operations, Transformation, D2C, or related fields.
• Experience in a global matrix organization with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of D2C/eCommerce models and customer expectations.
• Proven ability to translate commercial strategy into operational plans and delivery programs.
• Excellent governance, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• MBA or BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Strategy or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global D2C Operations transformation roadmap and ensure readiness for PlayStation Direct growth.
• Build strong relationships with global partners to translate requirements into actionable programs.
• Drive improvements in service levels, efficiency, and end-to-end performance for D2C customers.
• Generate insights and set priorities to sustain growth and operational excellence.
• Establish governance, reporting, and metrics to track benefits and progress.
