Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Lead Global D2C Excellence & Transformation Manager to drive the D2C operations transformation agenda across PlayStation Direct globally. Based in San Mateo, CA, you will partner with commercial and operations leaders to shape and execute scalable, data-driven roadmaps that support growth in new markets and product ranges.

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience in Operations, Transformation, D2C, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, or related field.
• Experience in a global matrix organization with senior commercial and operations stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of D2C/eCommerce business models, customer expectations, and operational requirements.
• Proven ability to translate commercial strategy into operational plans and delivery programs.
• Strong program leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with global commercial, business, and operations partners to translate D2C requirements into operational plans and initiatives.
• Lead the global D2C Operations transformation roadmap for PlayStation Direct growth across markets, products, services, and customer expectations.
• Drive readiness for D2C initiatives, including geo-expansion and scalable systems, processes, and capabilities.
• Create insights to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and customer experience improvements.
• Partner with Operations functions to improve customer service levels, delivery performance, and end-to-end execution.
