Job summary

Daniel Defense, LLC is seeking a Team Leader in its Operations division to guide a production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will manage daily goals, monitor KPIs, and coach team members to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to sustain continuous improvement. Responsibilities include conducting daily safety meetings, implementing SOPs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in manufacturing or related field plus 3 years of manufacturing experience.
1–2 years of experience in a leadership role preferred; in manufacturing is a plus.
Proven professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and effective communication across leadership levels.

Responsibilities

Lead a manufacturing team of roughly 5–9 employees to meet daily production goals and KPIs.
Provide training and development to improve safety, 6S, quality, cost, and efficiency.
Set and monitor daily production goals and report daily metrics.
Ensure shifts start/end on time and communicate with the team to achieve production targets.
Lead daily safety meetings and enforce SOPs.
