Job summary

Navy Region Southeast Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) is seeking an Operations Clerk for Navy Child and Youth Programs (CYP). You will serve as a front desk liaison, manage the waitlist, coordinate enrollment, and oversee recordkeeping and fee collection across center-based, facility-based, and teen programs.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to background checks and immunization requirements, and proficiency with CYMS and related databases.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with office software and recordkeeping systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned reports, correspondence, and financial data for CYP components.
• Ensure registration and enrollment paperwork is complete and current.
• Manage background checks documentation and data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports per policies.
