Job summary

Navy Region Hawaii Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks a CYP Operations Clerk to serve as front line representative and administrative liaison for Navy Child and Youth Programs. You will manage the CYP waitlist, coordinate enrollment, oversee recordkeeping, and collect parent fees using CYMS and related systems.

This role requires two years of administrative experience, strong English communication, and ability to maintain accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience.
• Knowledge of office software and recordkeeping.
• Experience with DoD CYP records preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must pass background checks and immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CYP waitlists and enrollment records.
• Process fees and deposits.
• Prepare reports and maintain records.
• Serve as front desk and answer inquiries.
