Qualifications

• Prior experience building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and lift 15-35 lbs occasionally.
• Work extended periods standing or walking up to 4 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide passionate customer service and sell through engagement in the Bike Department.
• Uphold standards for merchandise presentation.
• Interact with customers showing passion, knowledge, dedication.
• Promote warranty sales, Scorecard loyalty, private-label credit cards, and promotions.
• Achieve sales goals through selling bikes and related merchandise.
• Build and repair bikes following established procedures.
• Assist with assembly of exercise equipment as needed.
• Maintain signage and presentation in the Bike Department.
• Follow safety, loss prevention and SOPs; maintain confidentiality.
• Support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
