Qualifications

• Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of bicycles and components.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair bikes in accordance with established procedures.
• Create a world-class customer experience through passionate engagement in the Bike Department.
• Promote warranty sales and Scorecard loyalty program offerings.
• Maintain Bike Department presentation and signage to company standards.
• Support the team across the store and uphold safety and SOPs.
• Assist with assembly of exercise equipment as needed.
