Qualifications

• Prior experience building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Comfort with engaging customers and demonstrating product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide passionate customer service and sell through engagement in the Bike Department.
• Build and repair bicycles following established procedures.
• Promote warranty sales, Scorecard loyalty program, and seasonal promotions.
• Achieve sales goals by selling bikes and related merchandise.
• Maintain Bike Department presentation and signage to company standards.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; protect company information.
