Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC in Portland, OR is seeking a Cycle Counter to perform scheduled and unscheduled counts in a high-volume food distribution center. You will ensure inventory accuracy and work with the WMS to batch counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain system on-hand quantities.

The role emphasizes ownership, attention to detail, and collaboration with leadership. Candidates should be able to obtain required certifications within 30 days and thrive in a physically demanding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment preferred; entry-level candidates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled and walk-off counts on assigned locations, maintaining 98%+ accuracy.
• Navigate WMS (NTS) to create, view, and manage cycle count batches.
• Identify, root-cause, and correct variances; escalate systemic discrepancies.
• Develop knowledge of warehouse processes across departments.
• Engage with Sr. Cycle Counter during onboarding and beyond.
• Participate in regular check-ins with the DC IC Manager; foster accountability.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
