Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Cycle Counter in Georgia to join our employee-owned team. This role executes scheduled and walk-off counts in a high-volume distribution center, ensuring on-hand quantities reconcile with the system and driving inventory integrity.

You'll work with WMS (NTS), pursue certifications (VHP, Reach Truck, Picker) within 30 days, and communicate discrepancies clearly to leadership. A high school diploma and prior DC experience are preferred, with full-time hours and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is preferred; motivated candidates with no prior experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled and walk-off counts on assigned locations, sustaining a count accuracy standard of 98% or greater.
• Navigate WMS (NTS) to create, view, and manage cycle count batches, self-initiating counts and identifying, root-causing, and correcting variances without leadership direction; escalating systemic discrepancies to IC leadership as appropriate.
• Develop working knowledge of warehouse processes across supporting departments to understand how inventory accuracy impacts the broader operation.
• Engage with the Sr. Cycle Counter as primary mentor and resource during onboarding and beyond.
• Participate in regular check-ins with the DC IC Manager and contribute to a culture of accountability, interoperability, and empathy.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
