Job summary

National Presort LLC in Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced Inventory Coordinator (Cycle Counting & Inventory Control) to maintain accuracy across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. You will lead daily cycle counts and ensure ERP records match physical inventory.

The role requires problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration with Production, Purchasing, and Accounting to improve processes and material flow in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes (cycle counting, transactions, reconciliation).
• Understanding of manufacturing material flow, including WIP and production consumption methods (e.g., backflushing).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily cycle counts across all inventory categories.
• Enter, validate, and post cycle count results in the ERP system.
• Investigate root causes of variances and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor cycle count accuracy metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate ERP inventory records for receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
• Support material flow between warehouse and production, including staging and backflushing.
