Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in inventory control or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory processes.
• Knowledge of WIP and backflushing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute daily cycle counts across all inventory categories.
• Enter, validate, and post cycle count results in ERP and reconcile variances.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and support material flow between warehouse and production.
• Generate inventory metrics and report trends for continuous improvement.
