Job summary

FMH Conveyors is seeking an Inventory Coordinator (Cycle Counter) to ensure accurate cycle counts and inventory records. You will determine root causes of discrepancies and recommend process changes for warehouse, production, and purchasing operations.

The role requires 2 years’ inventory control/warehouse experience, 1 year in ERP systems, and a high school diploma or GED. This on-site position offers a comprehensive rewards package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in inventory control/warehouse environment preferred.
• 1 year experience in ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily cycle counts, determine items to be counted, print count sheets.
• Enter and post cycle counts into inventory records.
• Correct inventory records per cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Suggest process changes/continuous improvement based on root cause analysis for warehouse, production, and purchasing operations.
• Identify errors in quantity, location or part number and correct in the warehouse and within the system.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all inventory adjustments.
• Audit the movement of materials by system users.
• Create and maintain metric reports to track and measure inventory accuracy.
