Job summary

Town & Country Living is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee cycle counts, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead the inventory control process in the warehouse. You will coordinate daily counts, analyze discrepancies, and collaborate with procurement, shipping, and receiving to improve accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in inventory management with supervisory experience, proficiency in WMS and MS Office, and a willingness to train staff and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse inventory management or cycle counting; 1–2 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Forklift certification is a plus; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a structured cycle count schedule to ensure all products are regularly counted.
• Monitors and oversees daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts for accuracy.
• Investigates and resolves inventory discrepancies with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Trains and develops warehouse staff on cycle counting and inventory control best practices.
• Ensures documentation and reporting of adjustments; supports annual physical inventories.
