Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs inventory control, cycle counting schedules, and team performance to maximize stock accuracy.
• Lead physical counts, reconcile counts with ERP records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify process gaps in receiving, kitting, or issuing.
• Manage and mentor cycle counting team; ensure safety and SOP adherence.
