Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to coordinate daily cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory planning at our Kutztown facility. You will collaborate with operations to ensure accurate reporting, drive process improvements, and lead staff development while maintaining OSHA safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field, experience with Manhattan WMS, and strong Excel and communication skills to manage a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cycle counts, slot audits, and reconciliation between systems.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and analyze adjustments.
• Plan, execute, and reconcile physical inventories.
• Provide training and onboarding for Inventory Control staff.
• Maintain timekeeping records and report to management.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
