Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph required.
• 4 to 8+ years of CO Planner or related experience since 2010; waivers possible for certain roles.
• Familiarity with Joint Publications such as JP 3-12 and JP 5-0.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD or IC.
• Knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and cyber infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME in Joint plans development and staffing for Cyberspace Operations.
• Lead targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during CO execution.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANS), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs).
• Lead and support Joint Operational Planning Groups and Teams; develop CO plans and allocate resources.
• Coordinate with Crisis Action Teams and current operations activities to support planning timelines.
