ChaosTrack is an AI-powered cybersecurity platform for modern enterprises. We help security teams run tabletop exercises, simulate breach scenarios, and automate incident response.

We’re hiring a Sales/Solutions Engineer to own the customer journey from first demo to live deployment, partnering with Account Executives and ensuring real value across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers. This remote-friendly role demands strong communication and a technical mindset, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in a Sales Engineer or similar role.
• Strong ability to deliver demos and POCs that move deals forward.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can explain complex tech to non-technical buyers.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls to map prospects' security stack and pain points.
• Deliver customized demos for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
• Build and run POC engagements to demonstrate measurable value.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires quickly.
• Partner with AEs to strategize deals and close complex opportunities.
• Own onboarding and implementation for new customers across all segments.
• Configure ChaosTrack environments to fit customer security workflows.
• Run kickoff calls, training sessions, and go-live milestones.
• Provide trusted technical guidance on tabletop exercises and IR automation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to drive adoption and renewal.
