Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering
• Skilled in at least one of Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence business initiatives is preferred
• Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders; prior pre-sales role is ideal
• Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements
• Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP or SOC Transformation Technologies
• Field sales role with travel; discuss specifics with recruiter
• Proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans that target cross-platform solutions
• Positioning and demonstrating high level designs across PANW portfolio to create business value for customers
• Drive customer adoption of Palo Alto Networks Platform to improve productivity, security, and flexibility
• Conducting discovery to understand key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of prospects and customers
• Collaborating with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams for successful implementation and adoption
• Leading technical validation efforts to ensure technical win in opportunities
• Demonstrating strong communication and presenting customer-specific demos to various audiences
• Coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver a cohesive security solution strategy
• Promoting end-to-end solutions including partner services to accelerate value
• Understanding competitive landscape and differentiating PANW leadership
• Continuing professional development and participation in industry events
• Identifying technical stakeholders and building a security architecture transformation roadmap
