Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, sales development, outbound outreach experience.
• Desire to work in sales and in cybersecurity.
• Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient, with a “get the job done” attitude.
• Well-rounded with varied interests, background, and experience.
• Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source opportunities and qualify leads for Sales Organization.
• Work both inbound and outbound leads with an expectation of doing 80 touches per day via email, phone calls, social media.
• Communicate with IT personnel up to C-level executives by phone, email, and social media.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of DigiCert solutions to become a trusted advisor.
• Uncover and qualify prospective customer needs and determine potential solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaign performance.
