Job summary

Anthropic Limited seeks a Manager, Cybersecurity Sales Specialists to build and lead a high-performing team selling to security teams across our Americas units. You’ll own forecasts, pipeline health, and coverage models with Account Executives and Applied AI leaders, shaping how we win security deals.

You’ll guide complex multi-stakeholder engagements with CISOs, coach teams on customer problems, and translate feedback into roadmap input for product, safeguards and marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading a cybersecurity sales team that carries a number.
• Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with security buyers.
• Fluency selling to CISOs, application security leads and security engineers.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard and develop a high-performing cybersecurity sales specialists team.
• Own your team’s forecast, pipeline health and results across the units.
• Set coverage models and engage with sales leaders and Applied AI leadership.
• Build a pipeline engine with AEs across existing accounts and outbound.
• Coach teams through complex deals and act as executive sponsor with CISOs.
