Anthropic is seeking a Manager, Customer Success – Cyber to lead a team of Customer Success Managers covering cybersecurity accounts across Anthropic products. You will coach and develop the team while guiding high-impact engagements and building scalable CS processes that align with product and sales.

This role requires 7+ years in customer success, 2+ years of frontline management, and deep cybersecurity domain knowledge to drive adoption, expansion, and value realization for enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer success or related roles.
• 2+ years front-line management experience.
• Experience building CS teams in SaaS, API, or AI/ML companies.
• Cybersecurity domain fluency to engage cyber customers and teams.
• Experience managing enterprise portfolios and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers supporting strategic cybersecurity accounts across all Anthropic products.
• Coach team on CS best practices, including adoption strategies and value realization.
• Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise to customers and CS teams.
• Drive accountability for expansion, health scores, retention, and CSAT.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align strategies.
• Build scalable CS processes, playbooks, and quarterly business reviews.
