Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer success, account management, or customer-facing roles with 2+ years in front-line management.
• Proven track record building and leading CS teams in SaaS, API, or AI/ML.
• Cybersecurity experience and credibility with CISOs and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers for cybersecurity accounts across Anthropic products.
• Coach on CS best practices, adoption strategies, value realization, and expansion.
• Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise to customers and CS teams.
