Job summary

KnowBe4 is seeking a Sales Engineer in the Clearwater area to bridge cybersecurity expertise with technical sales. You'll start in a mentorship role, supporting Senior Sales Engineers, then directly engage SMB customers, run product demonstrations, and manage POV implementations.

You’ll be the technical contact for POVs and have access to senior teammates for escalations. The role emphasizes learning the product suite, mastering the sales cycle, and contributing to a high-tech, fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3 year degree or technical degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role is a plus.
• Experience with Google Workspace, MS Office, and M365/Exchange Online.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Highly organized and results-driven.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of KnowBe4 products.
• Portray product value in meetings with colleagues and clients.
• Deliver product demonstrations for customers to a proficient level.
• Assist SMB prospects to implement and configure products for POV.
• Shadow and assist senior colleagues on POVs.
• Troubleshoot baseline technical problems in the sales process.
• Provide technical input to Sales team as needed.
• Record POV activity in Salesforce.
