KnowBe4 is seeking a bilingual presales professional to demonstrate our cybersecurity and awareness training products in Spanish for LATAM stakeholders. You will collaborate with LATAM Account Executives to address technical and compliance concerns, and lead POV engagements and trials.

The role requires strong technical foundations, the ability to explain complex concepts, and excellent organization across multiple time zones. Regional travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Native or full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• 1+ years of presales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity and technical architecture.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer engagements across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations in Spanish for regional stakeholders.
• Partner with LATAM Account Executives to address technical and compliance concerns
• Lead structured proof-of-value (POV) engagements and trials
• Identify technical pain points through customer discovery calls
• Troubleshoot and research basic technical issues during the sales process
• Translate customer needs into technical product solutions
