Job summary

Pentera is seeking a Sales Engineer on the East Coast with remote work flexibility to engage enterprise prospects, present new insights, and demonstrate our cybersecurity and pentesting technology. You will partner with Sales to qualify leads, lead technical sessions, deliver product demonstrations, and tailor solutions to customer needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in related roles (Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering/Technical Account Management/Professional Services) for enterprise cybersecurity.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, networking, cloud, Docker, Active Directory, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with penetration testing; certification such as CEH or CISSP preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to build customer relationships and energize discussions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted cybersecurity technology expert within customer environments.
• Lead discovery and technical sessions to demonstrate product value and identify expansion opportunities.
• Partner with Sales to qualify leads, develop strategy, and close opportunities.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
• Assess customer requirements, address technical questions, and align solutions to their needs.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance customer experience and service capabilities.
• Represent Pentera at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Support evaluations, installations, and post-sale adoption to ensure customer success.
