Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a leader to head the cybersecurity product at Anthropic. You will set the strategy, decide what to build and where to partner, ship products, and be the company’s voice with CISOs, security vendors, and researchers.

The role touches nearly every team as security is foundational to our products. You will drive a portfolio that includes vulnerability discovery and remediation today with Claude Code and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum of security product leadership experience.
• Experience shipping security products to paying customers.
• Ability to assess findings and determine realism and actionability.

Responsibilities

• Set Anthropic's cybersecurity product portfolio strategy and be accountable for results.
• Ship security products and remediation capabilities today and in the future.
• Represent Anthropic externally with CISOs, vendors, researchers, governments, and press.
• Collaborate with research to identify security gaps and plan improvements.
• Coordinate with safeguards and policy on model access for security.
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned across research, engineering, sales, safeguards, policy, legal, and comms.
