Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a cybersecurity product leader to define the security strategy, own the product roadmap, and ship security capabilities across Claude and related platforms to keep systems safe and efficient.

You will collaborate with CISOs, security vendors, researchers, and cross-functional teams; translate model safety and compliance needs into features; and represent Anthropic externally while guiding risk-aware decisions in a growing AI company.

Qualifications

• Experience building or leading security products or teams.
• History of shipping products to paying customers.
• Ability to design for model limitations and plan releases.
• Strong product judgment with ability to assess findings.
• Willingness to perform unglamorous security work.

Responsibilities

• Define cybersecurity product portfolio strategy and measure results.
• Ship security products; address vulnerability discovery and remediation.
• Represent Anthropic on security externally with CISOs, vendors, researchers.
• Collaborate with research to improve model security.
