Qualifications

• Experience building or shipping security products or leading a security team.
• Track record of taking products to paying customers.
• Ability to read findings and assess real risk vs. research targets.

Responsibilities

• Set Anthropic’s cybersecurity product portfolio strategy and be accountable for results.
• Ship security products, including vulnerability discovery and remediation today and future capabilities.
• Represent Anthropic on security externally with CISOs, vendors, researchers, governments, and press.
• Partner with research to improve security of models and systems.
• Coordinate with safeguards and policy on model access for Cybersecurity.
• Keep cross-functional threads moving across research, engineering, sales, safeguards, policy, legal, and communications.
