Anthropic is seeking a Senior Security Leader to build and lead the first Applied AI Security team. You will shape strategy, hire and mentor security architects, and collaborate with Sales, Applied AI Engineering, and cross‑functional partners to deliver secure Claude deployments.

You will also stay hands‑on with select key customers, driving security reviews, threat modeling, and defensive capabilities across the development lifecycle while aligning with Product and Research to improve

Formación

• 12+ years in the industry with at least 4 years managing a team of customer‑facing technical people.
• Hands-on security depth in at least one area (application security, detection and response, offensive security, or vulnerability management).
• Experience using LLMs for real security work (code review, vulnerability discovery, triage, or investigation).
• Experience handling large enterprise security deals end-to-end in close partnership with sales.
• Ability to explain security risk and value to a CISO and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, onboard, and develop the first Applied AI Architects on the Security team.
• Decide where the team spends its time and how to prioritize accounts.
• Partner with security account executives on joint account plans and forecasts.
• Guide customers from discovery to evaluations and proofs of concept.
• Write security playbooks, reference implementations, and evaluation approaches.
• Carry a few strategic security accounts personally.
