Anthropic Limited is building a dedicated Security team and is seeking its first leader to shape strategy, hiring, and ongoing collaboration with Sales, Applied AI Engineering, and our trust partners.

You will stay hands-on with select security customers, write playbooks, guide evaluations, and set standards for Claude usage. You will hire and mentor Applied AI Architects and decide how the team focuses resources.

Formación

• 12+ years of industry experience with at least 4 years leading a team of customer-facing technical people (solutions architects, sales engineers, or security consultants).
• Experience with large enterprise security deals end-to-end and in close partnership with sales.
• Hands-on security depth in at least one area (application security, detection and response, offensive security, or vulnerability management).

Responsabilidades

• Build the security team from zero and decide which customers to serve first.
• Hire, onboard, and develop the first Applied AI Architects on the Security team.
• Partner with sales and other teams to align on account plans and forecasts.
• Lead security reviews and guide customers from discovery through evaluations and proofs of concept.
• Write security playbooks and evaluation approaches; translate learnings to Product, Engineering, and Research.
