Anthropic is seeking a Manager, Customer Success – Cyber to lead a team of Customer Success Managers covering cybersecurity accounts across API, Claude.ai, Claude Code. You will coach, develop, and drive strategic engagements with CISOs and principal engineers, shaping scalable CS processes and playbooks.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to expand footprint, optimize renewal risk, and improve customer value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer success or related roles; 2+ years in front-line management.
• Proven track record building CS teams in SaaS, API, or AI/ML.
• Cybersecurity domain expertise to engage cyber customers and teams.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale portfolios ($1M–$100M+ ACV).
• Strong data-driven approach to drive adoption, expansion and retention.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers for cybersecurity accounts across Anthropic products.
• Coach team on CS best practices including adoption strategies, value realization and expansion methods.
• Provide cybersecurity SME to customers and coach team on embedding AI in cyber solutions.
• Drive core CS metrics: expansion, health scores, retention and CSAT.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and align account strategies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to advocate for customer needs.
