Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a security focus.
• Understanding of security configurations, reporting, investigations, and triage.
• Basic scripting and familiarity with common security tools.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Notify customer of relevant incoming tickets and issues affecting workflow.
• Handle customer requests including security configurations and investigations.
• Maintain records of triage activities and contribute to incident summaries.
• Provide troubleshooting of security applications and appliances.
• Interpret information collected by security tools and apply privacy principles.
