Job summary

Meriplex in the United States is seeking a cybersecurity analyst to support customers by handling security configurations, reporting requests, investigations, and issue identification. You will notify customers of incoming tickets, maintain accurate triage records, generate shift reports, and contribute to incident summaries to ensure traceability for audits.

Qualifications

• Handle customer requests including security configurations, reporting requests, investigations, and all error/issue identification.
• Maintain accurate records of triage activities, generate shift reports, and contribute to incident summaries for audits.
• Provide troubleshooting of security applications and appliances.
• Familiar with proxy and web content filtering tools.
• Basic scripting skills in bash, powershell, python, or KQL preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required.
• Security+ / Network+ / CySA+ / ISC2 SSCP certifications are relevant.
