Accenture is seeking a Security Sales Senior Manager to spearhead growth for Midmarket clients in the USA. You will originate, shape, and close cybersecurity deals across Cyber Defense, Cloud Security, IAM, and Risk & Compliance, with a strong emphasis on executive engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity sales and origination with a proven track record of closing multi-tower deals.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Cybersecurity solutions with deep understanding of core services like SOC, MDR, Identity Protection, Network Security, Zero Trust, cloud security, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven security solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Exceptional communication, deal-shaping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Mid-Size companies.

Responsibilities

• Originate & Close Deals: Lead the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification to deal shaping and negotiation—focused on high-value, complex security solutions for Midmarket clients.
• Own and deliver Midmarket security sales targets and revenue growth.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and contract negotiations.
• Executive-Level Engagement: Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders to uncover strategic security needs and influence buying decisions.
