Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Security Sales Senior Manager to drive growth in the Midmarket segment across the USA, focusing on security offerings including Cyber Defense, Cloud Security, IAM, and Risk & Compliance. You will originate, shape, and close multi-tower deals, engaging CISOs, CIOs, COOs, and boards.

This role demands strategic thinking, strong executive presence, and a track record of delivering revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity sales and origination with a proven track record in Midmarket.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Cybersecurity solutions with core services understanding.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Originate & Close deals: lead the full sales cycle for high-value security solutions in Midmarket.
• Own and deliver Midmarket security sales targets and revenue growth.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and contract negotiations.
• Executive-level engagement with C-suite to uncover strategic security needs.
