Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of work experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity solutions across IT/OT, risk management, and security operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team and managing security accounts or delivery.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions for electric, gas, or water utilities across IT/OT environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity assessments, strategy workstreams, and implementation activities across IT and OT environments, including cloud and field systems.
• Lead and coach project teams, manage plans, risks, budgets, and delivery to achieve client outcomes.
• Develop clear recommendations and executive-level reports; present progress to client and Accenture stakeholders.
• Contribute to differentiated offerings, reusable assets, and go-to-market materials for utility clients.
• Travel may be required; amount varies 0–100% depending on business needs.
